Douglas E. Walton is a Broker, Realtor, and Auctioneer with decades of experience serving clients throughout North Central Ohio in real estate, farm machinery, estate, and personal property auctions. As a respected leader in the auction industry and a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame, Doug has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results-driven service.
Through Walton Realty & Auction Co., he has helped generations of buyers and sellers successfully market and sell assets through both live and online auction platforms. With deep agricultural roots and a lifelong commitment to the auction profession, Doug continues to play an active role in brokerage, auction management, and client service while helping lead the family business forward.

Darby J. Walton, CAI is a Realtor, Auctioneer, and PRI who grew up as an eighth-generation farmer in Sycamore, Ohio, where he developed a passion for auctioneering alongside his grandfather Jay and father Douglas Walton, both Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame inductees. Licensed as an apprentice auctioneer in 2013 and as a full auctioneer in 2015, Darby quickly built a strong reputation, earning First Runner-Up in the 2014 National Auctioneers Association International Junior Auctioneer Championship and continuing to work with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers across the Eastern U.S. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics, Darby has also worked in agricultural equipment sales, auction data analysis, and contract auctioneering before joining Walton Realty & Auction Co. full-time in 2019 after earning his Ohio Real Estate License. Today, he is actively involved in booking, marketing, managing, and closing auctions and real estate transactions while also working as a contract auctioneer and livestock ringman throughout the Midwest. When he’s not behind the microphone, Darby remains active on the Walton Family Farm, helping operate 1,000 acres of crops and a brood cow herd with deep family roots dating back to the 1790s.

Samuel R. Baer, CAI, AMM is a third-generation auctioneer and Realtor serving North Central Ohio, with more than 20 years of experience in real estate, farm equipment, estate, and downsizing auctions. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Agribusiness, Sam combines a strong agricultural background with advanced auction marketing expertise as a graduate of the National Auction Association Certified Auctioneers Institute and holder of both the CAI and AMM designations.
As an Auctioneer/Realtor with Walton Realty & Auction Co. LLC, he helps clients successfully market and sell assets through both live and online auction platforms. Sam currently serves on the Ohio Auctioneers Association Board of Directors.

Roger M. Hunker, CAI, Realtor and Auctioneer began his auction and real estate profession in 1988, upon graduating from Reppert School of Auctioneer. He married his wife, Laurie, in 1990 and they have three children, Megan, Sarah and Austin. Since 1988 Roger has conducted both live and online auctions throughout the country.  He has conducted the sale of Residential Homes, Farm Land, Vacant land, Commercial Real Estate, Farm Equipment and Livestock throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan.
Roger was very innovative in the establishment of Online Auctions. Roger owns and manages Breeders’ World Online Sales and Premier Equipment World Online Sales conducting over 600 online auctions of Livestock and equipment throughout the country. In the past several years Roger has assisted sellers liquidate over $30 million of assets per year. He is a member of the Heartland Board of REALTORS® and the Ohio and National Association of REALTORS®.
